Salary: £29,636–£33,799 per annum + £4,000 market supplement (reviewed annually) + essential car user allowance
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Worthing and Adur is a rapidly developing area and we are seeing an increase in high quality construction and investment.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated, experienced Building Control Surveyor to join our customer focused partnership.
You will be joining a dynamic service and will have the opportunity to use your excellent communication skills to be part of our team and of course be working in a fantastic coastal area.
Main duties include delivery of a customer focused service including application processing, issuing of decisions, site inspections, dealing with dangerous structures/demolitions plus promotion and development of the partnership.
