Are you looking for an exciting challenge with a varied and interesting workload? We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic Building Control Officers to join our Building Control Team. The posts provide an excellent opportunity to develop your career in all aspects of Building Control within one of the most popular areas of the country to live and work. We would be looking to appoint the experienced officer post towards the higher end of the salary scale and the trainee officer post towards the lower end.
You will be responsible for an area of the district, carrying out site inspections, plan vetting, inspection of dangerous structures and other associated duties, including promotion of the service.
