Monolith’s BrickPlus is a rapid fit brick cladding system comprised of limestone mortar that replicates brickwork, fixed to high-grade expanded polystyrene carriers for a thermally efficient cladding solution suitable for a wide range of building technologies.

The individual BrickPlus slips from Monolith, which have LABC Registered Details registrations, are constructed around a precision-cut EPS core which is then coated in a French limestone mortar blend. The high-grade EPS core ensures a firmer construction, increased thermal performance, and high accuracy in cutting and matching.

This unique panel design can also help reduce installation times on site, cutting costs. The lightweight core and panel system ensures the BrickPlus panels are safer, which reduces installation safety risks on site (particularly at height) and cuts the environmental impact by decreasing fuel consumption in transit.

StonePlus is a natural stone product that replicates architectural natural stone profiles in colour, texture, and finish and can be used on window sills, door surrounds and decorative ornaments. This modern, lightweight alternative to natural stone allows you to create impressive finishes, whether you’re working on new-build or renovation projects.

LABC Registered Details, now known as LABC Assured (as of March 2019), is a one-off certification process proving compliance with building regulations and standards across England, Wales & Scotland. Registering your product, system or house type with LABC increases industry confidence while also raising the profile of your company.
