Building Safety Levy Webinar for Developers

The Building Safety Levy (England) Regulations were made in November 2025 and will come into force on 1 October 2026 (just over four months away). These regulations introduce a new form of tax - a levy charge - for certain types of residential development. 

To help developers and building professionals navigate the Building Safety Levy, LABC is hosting a webinar on 9 July to talk through the process. This webinar is free for delegates to attend and is aimed at developers and those who will be subject to the Building Safety Levy.

To assist developers with some of the basics of the Building Safety Levy regulations, LABC has also produced an online resource, responding to frequently asked questions about the charging and collection process of the Building Safety Levy. LABC hopes the resource will raise awareness about the regulations and how they are intended to work.
