Qualifications

Our award-winning qualifications are the most comprehensive and relevant, of any other public service building control qualification within our industry.

Content is developed by highly experienced public service building control technical experts and delivered through a mix of online and face to face learning.

Each qualification walks students through their professional development step-by-step, from the start of their career through to full competency at Level 6, allowing students to apply what they’ve learnt within the workplace.

Graduates at Levels 4 and 5 also have direct routes to join the University of Wolverhampton's Levy funded Apprenticeship Degree or the non-levy funded Top-up Degree. Graduates from both gain a BSc (Hons) Degree Building Control Surveying.

CIOB and UOW has validated our formal learning content and processes for our students, ensuring that they start their studies at the most appropriate level, and considers all past experience and education.
