Request for LABC participation at an event

If you would like an LABC staff or board member to participate in your event, please complete this form fully so we can review and consider your request.

We aim to respond to all requests received within 10 working days.

We request at least four weeks’ notice before the event is due to take place although will aim to accommodate a suitable representative as soon as possible.
