LABC teams continue to prove quality and consistency - at a distance

During times like these, it is essential for us to keep things running smoothly and local authority building control teams have been working hard to do just that.

LABC ISO 9001 surveillance audits are now underway virtually, with four building control teams already audited.

The four teams are:

• Conwy
• Dudley
• East Northamptonshire
• Leicester

Each of them not only demonstrated their commitment to providing a quality service but have proven local authority building control teams' agility and ability to react, in the best manner, to challenging circumstances.

We've also had two days of auditing of LABC head office functions - all done in a socially distanced way of course, via Microsoft Teams.
