Understanding your structural warranty
Structural warranty is a process that starts at the very beginning of a home and finishes up to twelve years after a home is completed.
If your new home is protected by structural warranty cover from LABC Warranty and if you are unlucky and suffer serious damage as a result of a defect, we can help to put it right.
Although we hope you won’t have any problems in your new home, it is important that you understand what to do should you need to make a claim. It is also important to remember that our policy does not cover you for general wear and tear and relates only to the structure of your property.
