LABC Warranty works in partnership with Local Authority Building Control (LABC) to provide secure and reputable structural warranties across England and Wales.
We have provided warranty cover since 2007, working with some of the largest house builders, contractors and housing associations in the country.

Our national network of Risk Management Surveyors work closely with you and your Local Authority Building Control Surveyor to look at different parts of the build, helping you deliver quality homes. Wherever you are building in England and Wales, the combined technical expertise of our surveyors and your Local Authority will be on hand to help.
