LABC Central Winners & Highly Commended 2020
It's been a strange and unsettling year and we're gutted that we haven't been able to hold the LABC Building Excellence Awards Regional and Grand Finals events in the offline world in 2020. However, we're very pleased to be able to announce the winners and highly commended from the Central region awards, nonetheless.
I firmly believe that one of the best ways to see more good work is to praise building excellence and publicly acknowledge companies, designers, site managers and trades people who go the extra mile because of the pride they have in their work.Lorna Stimpson, LABC

The 2021 awards
Unfortunately because of COVID-19 we've had to announce our regional winners later than usual this year and there therefore won’t be a Grand Finals for 2020.
However, we’ll be in touch with details of how to enter the 2021 awards when they’re open for entries.

Submitted 4 years ago
I work in the Dacorum Borough Council development team, and we have two social housing schemes that we would like to submit for an award for 2021.
If you could give me a contact on my details below so that I can share more information with you, that would be much appreciated.

Apologies for the delay in replying to this one - we've been reviewing our plans.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic the LABC Regional Building Excellence Awards have been cancelled for 2021. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will update this page should the situation change.
Kind regards
Julie, LABC
