Accepted by all of the UK’s leading lenders to help builders sell their new development more easily.
Social Housing Warranty
Up to 12 years’ cover on new affordable housing or shared ownership homes, protecting housing associations and their tenants.
Private Rental Warranty
Up to 12 years’ cover on purpose built rental properties to provide protection and security for, the developer or investor, including loss of rent* and alternative accommodation.
Self Build Warranty
Cover specifically designed for people building their dream home. As well as providing security and peace of mind, the 10 year policy can be used to secure stage payments from lenders.
Stock Regeneration Warranty
Protects the builder/developer's maintenance budget against the risk of future defects when upgrading existing housing stock.
High Value Warranty
Provides cover for large, high-value schemes with market leading financial limits, full risk transfer and insolvency cover.**
