LABC trophy

We can't quite believe it's that time of the year already, but the LABC Regional Building Excellence Awards 2020 are now officially open!

The LABC awards are the largest business to business awards in the building control sector, and are back for their 2020 cycle, so if you have a project that completes in 2019 that you think stands out from the crowd when it comes to quality and building excellence this is your opportunity to put it forward.

With 10 categories to choose from there's something for everyone. Our awards recognise quality in all types of building project, from small extensions and barn conversions to educational and commercial buildings. We celebrate the achievements of companies, local builders, construction professionals and partnerships that go the extra mile to achieve great results.

The criteria

We'd made some changes to the judging criteria this year, so we would urge you to to read through it before you start completing the form.

Help to make your very best entry

It's an important form to get right as winning an award can increase your company's profile and reputation and give you recognition for your achievements, so we've produced a step by step guide and updated our article on how to Make a winning awards entry.

Top tip: If you're going to be entering a number of projects, we advise you gather together your information before you start as you can only work on one entry at a time. Once you've submitted an entry you can start drafting another.
