We could all do something about this and similar horrendous and dangerous practices by taking a photo and emailing it to HSE with location and date. If HSE or another body set up a specific website we could all help improve our industry and maybe save lives.

Thanks for your comment. Yes, naming and shaming could help improve construction and discourage poor workmanship. Please send us any images you encounter so others may be able to learn from them.

All I can say is why???in what way can this possibly help the work program???poor brickey having to work under this,suppose if felt and lafted it they could work in the dry!
