Fast-track your construction - modular buildings

They can be made to be part of a multi-storey building or as standalone structures. Exterior finishes can range from anything, including timber-clad to brick-faced, depending on what the building is used for. All their modular buildings come equipped with plumbing, electricity, heating and cooling systems and fixtures.

Elite Systems’ LABC Registered Detail registration covers the Premier 3000 unit, which forms part of the larger range of modular units. The building has dimensions of 9.6m x 9.0m and is roughly 3.4m in height.

The external leaf of the building is plastic-coated steel (from the TATA Colourcoat LG range) with the roof made up of a single ply rubberised membrane construction. It also features steel security entrance doors with glazed panels and UPVC double-glazed windows with top-hung opening lights.

The buildings are delivered complete with all mechanical and electrical installations, allowing for fast track construction and with all modules arriving direct from the manufacturer, you can make best use of your budget.
