A pre-commencement meeting and detailed full plans submission assisted in creating a very necessary escape route (the home sits on a bank of the River Ouse).

Building contractor Julian Greep was selected to build this unusual family home. 

The preliminary meeting held with the building control officer meant that after only nine days Conditional Approval was granted with four minor Conditions.

A brand new period country cottage near Stonehenge, built by Bennington Developments.

Because of the project scope and vision, close working with the building control team was necessary and pre-commencement and milestone visits were arranged to make sure everything ran smoothly. LABC Warranty were also involved.

Seaside art deco was the style which inspired the design of this home. 

Issues such as problems with building on a steep slope were dealt with successfully thanks to the collaboration between architect, builder, structural engineer, building control team and client and this was key to the success of the ambitious project.

A group of three buildings set around a courtyard, designed by Batterham Matthews Designs Ltd. 

The positive partnership built between the homeowners and architects, as well as detailed and compliant designs helped bring this 'forever' home to fruition.
